Dear Lord, I thank you for this opportunity to work in your church and to be apart of the body of Christ that is effectually carrying out your mission. I pray that you anoint me to fulfill my duties as a contributing member of Redemption Worship International Ministries. I pray that you teach and lead me to walk in continuous unity with the written vision contained in this VISION BOOK. I pray that you teach and lead me to walk in submission to leadership and accept the awesome responsibility of ministry, its labor, joy, rewards and even consequences when I am in non-compliance. 

I make a covenant today with the Senior Pastor and the Pastoral Leadership Team to always carry out my responsibilities to the best of my abilities both spiritually and naturally. I covenant to walk in harmony with the Spirit of God and use all my abilities to usher in the directives of the VISION BOOK. I make a covenant today to love one another as Christ loved us, to honor one another above ourselves and to be kind and compassionate to one another.

 I make a covenant to encourage and build up my brother and sister through comfort and hospitality.
